Crabtree Property Management is one of London's leading property management companies with over 9000 units spread across London and the Home counties.
Crabtree Property Management wanted an internet solution to enable their staff to manage their growing portfolio of properties.
The system needed to cater for various different user levels, from tenants, through contractors, clients, managers and department heads to administrators. Crabtree are able to see full details of all their properties, add, update or simply review details of ongoing maintenance work and inspections. Inspection reports and other documents are stored online and are available for download by the relevant client.
The site is constantly evolving with new functionality being added nearly every month.
